Come to Kvimo and enjoy the peace and quiet. Here you can enjoy nature, bullerby feeling and the sound of lowing cows.

You can book the apartments for shorter and longer periods. The price for a longer period according to agreement. There are also other apartments waiting for new tenants, ranging from 1-2 rooms and a kitchen. Get in touch for more information.

Experience Maxmo Archipelago – “Sea, forest and silence”

Kvimo is a picturesque village in the Maxmo archipelago.

Kvimo is a picturesque village in the Maxmo archipelago with a Bullerby feel.

Kvimo village is one of the Maxmo Archipelago’s oldest villages, with settlement from the 15th century. Agriculture and fishing have been one of the most important industries in Kvimo for 500 years.

The village got its own school in the 1890s when some people decided to buy an old farmhouse from Karvsor (Bodbacka) which was moved to Kvimo. This building became Kvimo folk school.

The building functioned as a school from 1896-1964. After the end of school activities, the house functioned as a gathering place until, in the 1980s, it was decided to renovate the house into apartments, as well as build terraced house next door. The school building has 5 apartments and the terraced house have 7 apartments.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

When booking, a minimum of 50 % of the total fee must be paid. Once the payment has been done, a confirmation will be sent to the customer. After confirmation, the reservation is binding for both parties. In connection with the booking / check-in, a cleaning pledge of 100 € is charged.

Check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and check-out latest at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure.
